1. Product representation

We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can. Screen settings, lighting, and natural variation between production batches mean colours, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from the images shown. Dimensions listed on each product page are approximate, with small manufacturing tolerances.

2. Decorative use

Unless a product page states otherwise, our decor items are intended for indoor decorative use. Items described as outdoor-rated are suitable for covered outdoor use; check the individual product page for the applicable rating before placing items outside.

3. Lighting products

Follow the installation and usage instructions supplied with each lighting product. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Use only bulbs of the wattage and type specified for each fixture.

4. Everyday and outdoor gear

Items in our Everyday Essentials range (such as travel, desk, and outdoor gear) are general consumer products. Use them as directed on the product page, observe stated weight and capacity limits, and supervise use by children where indicated.
