These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of decorismo.com and any purchase you make from Decorismo. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The store

Decorismo is an online home and living store operated under the business details listed at the bottom of this page. We sell to customers in the United States, all 50 states plus DC.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If we decline an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in USD and each product is offered at a single stated price. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates and procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days; estimates are not guarantees.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery as set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product information

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but minor variations in colour and finish can occur between screens and batches. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, and layout — belongs to Decorismo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for our own negligence causing personal injury.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
