We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Decorismo.

1. Return window

Returns can be requested within 30 days from delivery. The delivery date is the date shown on your tracking confirmation.

2. Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
• Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items damaged through use are not eligible.

3. How to start a return

Email support@decorismo.com with your order number and the reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and address. Once your return is confirmed, ship the item back within 14 days from return confirmation.

4. Return shipping costs

Customer covers return postage, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping or refund the item without requiring a return, depending on the situation.

5. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. We refund the full product price — no restocking fees or deductions apply. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Return address

The return address is provided with your return instructions once your return request is confirmed. Please do not ship any item back before receiving confirmation, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
