This page explains how payments work at Decorismo — accepted methods, currency, taxes, and payment security.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and the express payment options shown at checkout, such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods are displayed at checkout.

2. Currency

All prices on this store are displayed in USD (US Dollars) and all charges are made in USD.

3. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email as your receipt.

4. Taxes

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated based on your shipping address and shown as a separate line at checkout before payment. The amount you see at checkout is the full amount you pay — no charges are added afterwards.

5. Pricing

Each product is offered at a single stated price. If a pricing error occurs on the site, we will contact you before processing the order and offer the correct price or a full refund.

6. Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI DSS–compliant payment infrastructure over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, no order is created and no funds are captured. Pending authorizations released by your bank typically clear within a few business days. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the details and we will investigate promptly.
