Count on 8–14 business days door to door. We spend the first 1–2 business days getting your order checked and packed; the carrier takes the remaining 7–12 business days depending on where you are. Standard shipping costs nothing on any US order — no minimum to hit, no extra fee for larger boxes.

No problem — you get 30 days from the day it arrives to start a return, for any reason. Write to us first: we confirm eligibility and send the return instructions and address, usually within 24 hours on business days. You then have 14 days to get it in the post. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is on you unless we got it wrong — damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered.

Once your return lands with us and passes inspection, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — nothing deducted, no restocking fees. Banks then take 5–10 business days of their own to show it on your statement. And if a piece arrived damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery: we replace it or refund it in full, and any return costs are ours.

Every Decorismo order is tracked. The number lands in your inbox the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier, and the tracking page shows its status any time. Give the carrier 1–3 business days to register the first scan — a quiet tracking page straight after dispatch is nothing to worry about. No movement for 7 business days? Tell us and we open an enquiry. Still nothing 20 business days after your order date? We treat it as lost and you choose: replacement or full refund.

Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay are all accepted. Your device decides some of what you see — Apple Pay appears on Apple hardware, for example — so treat the checkout screen as the final word. Every transaction runs encrypted, and your card number never touches our servers. Prices are in USD; where sales tax applies, it's calculated from your shipping address and shown as its own line before you pay.

We keep it simpler than a swap: return the piece for a refund under the normal 30 days window, and place a fresh order for the one you'd rather have whenever you're ready. It's faster than holding your money while parcels cross in the post, and the new order ships free like any other.
