Write to us first: we confirm eligibility and send the return instructions and address, usually within 24 hours on business days. You then have 14 days to get it in the post. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is on you unless we got it wrong — damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered.

Once your return lands with us and passes inspection, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — nothing deducted, no restocking fees. Banks then take 5–10 business days of their own to show it on your statement. And if a piece arrived damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery: we replace it or refund it in full, and any return costs are ours.

Give the carrier 1–3 business days to register the first scan — a quiet tracking page straight after dispatch is nothing to worry about. No movement for 7 business days? Tell us and we open an enquiry. Still nothing 20 business days after your order date? We treat it as lost and you choose: replacement or full refund.

Your device decides some of what you see — Apple Pay appears on Apple hardware, for example — so treat the checkout screen as the final word.
